Who We Are
Step It Up Camp is a nonprofit organization founded in 2012 by a mentor and educator committed to empowering & uplifting underrepresented neighborhoods throughout Snohomish and King County. We understand that society today and the many challenges youth encounter daily are even more expansive than 20 or 30 years ago.
Our motivation has always been to provide all youth with a safe, positive, and welcoming environment while being cognizant of financial challenges—using transformative avenues to overcome those hurdles.
More importantly, we implement programs designed to educate our youth with critical life skills, developing a positive mindset mentally, emotionally, and physically.

No Child Pays Initiative
The "No Child Pays" Initiative provides essential support for children living in temporary homeless shelters by ensuring they have footwear at the beginning and end of the school year. Our students actively participate in this initiative as after-school volunteers. Their dedication and enthusiasm make this initiative truly special, as they are not only raising funds, but contributing to the well-being of their peers in need as well.
